that information for several general purposes: to tell you about products and services if you so request, to
fulfill your request, to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to verify the
accuracy of our records, to contact you regarding customer satisfaction surveys. You will provide Personal
Identifiable Information like email or telephone number about an authorized user only for the purposes of
registering that user so that the same user may discharge his authorized responsibilities. You confirm that
you have the authority to act for them and the consent to use their Personal Information for registering them
as authorized users for the company or legal person. The authorized users will only use "MessageBox Services" for
and on behalf of the company or legal person they represent.
We collect and store Content that you create, input, submit, post, upload, transmit, store or display in the
process of using our Cloud based Products, Websites or Apps. Even though we store these data as part of our
Services to you, we do not collect such data. "MessageBox Services" should not be used to include any Personal
Information or other sensitive information relating to any other natural person not covered above.
We collect other data that you submit to our Websites or as you participate in any interactive features of
"MessageBox Services", apply for a job, request customer support, communicate with us via third party social media
sites or otherwise communicate with us.
In general, you can browse our website without giving us any personal information. We use web analytics
software to analyze traffic to this web site in order to understand our customer's and visitor's needs and
to continually improve our site for them. This software collects only anonymous, aggregate statistics.
We would collect analytics information when you use our Websites and Cloud based Products to help us improve
"MessageBox Services".
Analytics information also consists of data we collect as a result of running queries against Content across
our user base for the purposes of generating Usage Data. "Usage Data" is aggregated
data about a group or category, features or users that does not contain Personal Information. Though we may
happen upon sensitive or Personal Information as we compile Usage Data from Content across user instances,
this is a byproduct of our efforts to understand broader patterns and trends. It is not a concerted effort
by us to examine the Content of any particular customer.
We collect analytics information when you use our Apps to help us improve "MessageBox Services". Our Apps contain a
feature that sends information about the technical operation of the Apps on your systems
("System Information") to us.
We may use various technologies to collect information, including cookies that we save to your computer or
mobile device. Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive or in device memory. We may use cookies
to improve and customize your experience; to allow you to access and use the Websites or Cloud based Products
without re-entering your username or password; and to count visits and understand which areas and features of
the Websites and Cloud based Products are most popular. If you do not accept cookies, however, you may not be
able to use all aspects of our Websites or Cloud based Products. We may also collect information using web
beacons (also known as "tracking pixels"). Web beacons are electronic images that may be used in our Websites
or Cloud based Products or in emails that help us to deliver cookies, count visits, understand usage and
campaign effectiveness and determine whether an email has been opened and acted upon.
During the installation of our Apps, we may decide to send analytics information to MessageBox to allow us to understand
where in the installation process users are experiencing trouble or dropping out. Our Apps may also communicate
with MessageBox servers for licensing purposes, as well as to check for updates, patches, and compatibility with Add-Ons.
When purchasing Services, we may also require you to provide your billing information, such as billing name and
address, credit card number ("Additional Information"). Any additional information you

Certain features of "MessageBox Services" may allow you to make some of your Content public, in which case it will
become readily accessible to anyone. We urge you to consider the sensitivity of any data you make public.
You should be aware that the administrator of your instance of "MessageBox Services" may be able to:
- access information in and about your "MessageBox Services" account;
- disclose, restrict, or access information that you have provided or that is made available to you when using your "MessageBox Services" account; and

be aware that any Content you provide in these areas may be read, collected, and used by others who access them.
Your posts may remain even after you cancel your account.
We work with third party service providers to provide website, application development, hosting, maintenance,
back-up, storage, virtual infrastructure, payment processing, analysis and other services for us. These third
parties may have access to or process your Information as part of providing those services for us.
We use commonly-used information-gathering tools, such as cookies and Web beacons, to collect information as
you navigate our website. Your Internet browser has the in-built facility for storing small files —
'Cookies' — that hold information which allows a website to recognize you as a user.
Our website takes advantage of this facility to enhance your experience. We use a number of these cookies for
analytical purposes, and these are described in detail below. Strictly-necessary cookies stay on so the site
functions correctly. For analytics and marketing cookies, you choose: the consent banner shown on your first
visit lets you accept all, accept only necessary, or pick categories individually. You can change your
choices anytime from the Cookie Preferences link in the footer. We use a combination of both session and persistent cookies. Session
cookies keep track of your current visit and how you navigate the site, persistent cookies enable our website
to recognize you as a repeat visitor when you return. The session cookies will be deleted from your computer
when you close your browser. Persistent cookies will be removed on a pre-determined expiry date, or when
deleted by you. Most web browsers allow user privacy settings to block either all cookies, or third-party
cookies. Blocking cookies will, however, have a negative impact upon the usability of many websites, including
this one. Please visit www.aboutcookies.org for comprehensive
information on how to change your cookie settings in a wide variety of browsers.
We may disclose your Information (including your Personal Information) to a third party if:
- we believe that disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request,
- to enforce our agreements, policies and terms of service,
- to protect the security or integrity of "MessageBox Services",
- to protect MessageBox, our customers or the public from harm or illegal activities, or
- to respond to an emergency which we believe in the good faith requires us to disclose information to assist in preventing the death or serious bodily injury of any person.
We may share or transfer your information (including your Personal Information) in connection with, or during
negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our
business to another company.
We may also share aggregated or anonymized information that does not directly identify you with the third
parties described above.
We will share your personal information with third parties when we have your consent to do so.
To facilitate our global operations, we may transfer and access such information from around the world,
including from countries in which we have operations. This Privacy Statement shall apply even if we transfer
such information to other countries.

(including direct marketing purposes) without your permission.

MessageBox hosts data with hosting service providers in numerous countries including the United States. The servers
on which Personal Information is stored are kept in a controlled environment. While we take reasonable efforts
to guard your Personal Information, no security system is impenetrable and due to the inherent nature of the
Internet as an open global communications vehicle, we cannot guarantee that information, during transmission
through the Internet or while stored on our systems or otherwise in our care, will be absolutely safe from
intrusion by others, such as hackers. In addition, we cannot guarantee that any passively-collected Personal
Information you choose to store in Websites or Cloud based Products are maintained at levels of protection
to meet specific needs or obligations you may have relating to that information.
Where data is transferred over the Internet as part of a Website or Cloud based Product, the data is encrypted
